Branding

 

Rapt was approached by the founders who wanted to end the cycle of office furniture waste. Their vision — a digital marketplace that connects companies looking to sell furniture they’ve outgrown with those looking to acquire great pieces — a platform for the life-cycle extension of commercial furniture. However, they felt the existing branding (named ClearOffice) lacked the polish and visual punch they desired to entice like-minded customers.

Along with a copywriter/strategist, we developed the new brand from the ground up — including naming, brand strategy and expression — which debuted at NeoCon 2021. A straightforward brand system is supplemented by pops of personality and color, drawing inspiration from discount stores and bargain bins aesthetics, with a self-aware mix of high and low.
